Nawel SAHRANE, EPS Founder and CEO, and her team have created and produced events on the French Riviera and internationally for more than a decade. As Head of Production, Nawel is closely involved with her team and service providers. She is always available for her clients, from the initial planning through to the completion of their projects.

Thanks to our tailored and “à-la-carte” services, our experienced teams are able to adapt them to your needs, ideas, requirements, and choices. SCHEDULING

Planning is an essential aspect when organising an event and requires flexibility as well perfect coordination skills to abide by the specifications and deadlines.
EPS is available to help you draw up your plan of action.

 

ADMINISTRATION

Our team can draw up and manage the dossiers as required for the local authorities. Authorisations, safety, insurance, health and safety standards, EPS can take care of all the procedures required for your project.

 

TECHNICAL

Our team includes qualified and experienced technical staff who are specialised in the management of logistical infrastructures and equipment. Sound, lighting, visual material, testing… EPS can take care of all the technical aspects for your event.

 

ENTERTAINMENT

EPS is also available to manage your entertainments. We synchronise the technical services, sound system and light requirements, based on the spec sheets. We coordinate all the technical contractors, sound system and light, based on the technical artists… according to the programme for your event.

 

LOGISTICS

To ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible, EPS can take care of the logistical aspects of your event on site, abiding strictly to your requests and specifications.
